A lot of Helensvale was built out from the mid-1980s through the 1990s, and the older blocks - particularly around the canal estates near the Coomera River and Saltwater Creek - have gardens that are now three or four decades old. Trees planted when those blocks were first landscaped have root systems that have had plenty of time to find every joint in a clay sewer line. I called Blake to help locate a tricky water leak on our acreage property, he quickly identified multiple leaks on both the council and our side of the line and got them all fixed.
