Stormwater is the problem people ignore until the week it costs them a floor. Water that cannot get away goes under the slab, into the wall cavity, or against a footing. On a flat block there is barely any fall to work with, and on a steep one the water arrives faster than the drain can take it. We work out where it is actually going, not where the plans say it goes, then fix the fall, the pit or the outlet.
A hot water system rarely dies quietly. It weeps at the base for weeks, rusts the fitting behind it, and then lets go on the coldest morning of the year. The tell-tales are rusty water first thing, a tank that takes longer to recover, or a damp patch that never quite dries. We would rather look at it while you still have hot water than after you do not, and we will tell you honestly whether it has years left or weeks.

Had an issue with our 16 year old toilet leaking from underneath the pan somewhere. Called Blake & he sent Lachlan out the following morning to diagnose & quote. Lachlan gave us 3 options, which was great. We chose the middle one, which included replacing all the internals, so hopefully we should be OK for another 16 years! Absolutely amazing service from the moment I got in touch with them, and in particular Blake. I explained to him my issue and he took the time and effort (completely unprompted) in providing steps of how he would tackle the problem. When it came time to actually have the issue physically looked at, Lachie gave me a call and let me know how far away he was; he arrived promptly and on-time, and was able to very quickly diagnose and provide a solution. I called Blake to help locate a tricky water leak on our acreage property, he quickly identified multiple leaks on both the council and our side of the line and got them all fixed. He kept us informed every step of the way, and was incredibly responsive and professional, and a genuinely nice person.
