We put a camera down first so you can see what is actually in there, cut it out with high pressure water rather than punching a hole through it, then camera it again to show you the pipe wall. If the pipe itself has gone, relining fixes it without digging up the yard.

Had an issue with our 16 year old toilet leaking from underneath the pan somewhere. Called Blake & he sent Lachlan out the following morning to diagnose & quote.
